Review: Good phone for the older generation, who are not confident on smaller button phones. Only issue is, the instructions you have to download from their website. Not good if you have not got Internet.

Review: I've kept this phone for months, deciding whether to use it or bin it. I so much wanted to use it, but in real life faced many letdowns with it. Let me name a few. First of all I wanted an android flip phone and this was it for the price since I can't afford the 1000 pound models. Phone doesn't come with Google Play and built-in Aptoide is a joke of a store. Many apps wouldn't even install (the ones I needed) let alone run. The kind of hardware it runs on would have been accepted 10 years ago, but not in a present day. No GPS means that you have to carry maps in your pocket. No accelerometer means that you can dream about watching YouTube in fullscreen on this huge 2.4" screen. WhatsApp? Meh. I tried calling and almost twisted my arm trying to look at the screen at the right angle to see person I was talking with. I managed to override the lack of built-in memory with SD card formatted as internal storage to be able to side load apps I use on other phones. I got a different launcher working on it. But I had to replace the dialer and messaging app as a result. Outlook worked out of the box on it. Most of the browsers crash. With about 10 essential apps installed phone was lagging so much that it was rendered unusable. I thoroughly regret this purchase because certain advertised features lead me to believe that this might be an acceptable mobile device, but to me it isn't. The lack of location services when you're out and about is a major deal breaker for me. Unfortunately you can't fix this, not at least until next model. And I can't get my money back. Please make a flip phone with decent specs that I can use for video calling and navigation and I will be thanking you and kissing your feet every day. Until then it's hardly a one ???? and the phone goes in the waste because out of my many devices I had in the past this one is my most regrettable purchase and a one worth to have a good rant about.
